    - het huis genaamd den Swaen uitgezonderd de daarnaast gelegen schuur in het dorp tussen Peter Wuts en Frans Slabbers;

    - en alle verdere landerijen behorend tot dat huis, belast met 400 pattacons ten behoeve van de vicarius Van Dam, met jaarlijks 1 malder 3 vat rogge 'rouwe maete' erfpacht ten behoeve van de medeschepen Cornelis van Keecken, met een [niet genoemde] last aan de Gereserveerde Domeinen, jaarlijks 2½ hoen en 1 vat haver aan het huis Hillenraedt, 1 hoen aan de Gereserveerde Domeinen, 1 vat rogge aan de kapelanie en 1 kan olie aan de kerk aldaar.
