    Jacobus Smeets en Helena Albers, echtelieden, verklaren dat zij hun huis, schuur, stallingen, landerijen en bemden met alle verdere toebehoren onder Asselt gelegen, genaamd het Brouwhuys, voor een bedrag van 821 pattacons hebben verkocht aan Willem Sanders en Anna Heynen, ook echtelieden. De verkopers zullen uit de koopsom alle op deze goederen gevestigd kapitalen aflossen; de aankopers nemen lycoop, armengeld, kosten van overdracht voor hun rekening. Het huis is belast met jaarlijks ½ malder rogge erfpacht en 2½ kop zaad aan de kerk te Asselt; ieder eerste en tweede jaar 1 greve aan de Domeinen, waarvan ieder derde jaar wordt betaald door de heer Heyster; en met 3 vat 3 kop haver en 1 hen aan het huis Hillenraedt. Verder is overeengekomen dat, mochten enige van de landerijen leenroerig, keurmedig of stamgoed zijn, de verkopers de hieraan verbonden lasten voor hun rekening nemen. Oorkonders machtigen toonder tot de gerechtelijke overdracht.
