      Zijn woonhuis was de huidige Ambyerstraat Zuid 42. Dat klinkt logisch, 42 was immers ook destijds het huisnummer, maar ik zal je zeggen dat het huisnummer uit de jaren ’30 zelden overeenkomt met het huidige nummer.

      In april 1925 liet hij 4 woningen bouwen (Ambyerstraat Zuid 34-36-38-40)

      In 1929 bouwt hij aan de overzijde een woning met later een werkplaats (bestaat niet meer, tussen Ambyerstraat Zuid 13 en 21)

      In hetzelfde jaar bouwt hij zijn woonhuis Ambyerstraat Zuid 42 én nog 9 huizen ernaast (Ambyerstraat Zuid 44-46-48-50-52-54-56-58-60)

      In 1940 verkoopt hij Ambyerstraat Zuid 44-46-48. In 1941 verkoopt hij Ambyerstraat Zuid 38-40. In 1942 verkoopt hij het huis aan de overkant van de straat (maar niet het magazijn)

      In 1942 wordt het woonhuis overgeschreven op naam van zijn vrouw, later komt het in handen van zijn zoon Servatius Hubertus Christianus Johannes Servaes vanaf 1949 in eigendom van genoemde zoon en Carolus Borromeus Noël Hubertus en Annette Gertrude Hubertine Marie Servaes. Via Christiaan Bernardus Josephus Servaes is het uiteindelijk in 1955 verkocht aan Cortenraede

      In 1949 worden de huizen Ambyerstraat Zuid 50-52-54-56-58-60 verkocht en het magazijn aan de overkant van de straat.
