Notaris: Kier van der Piet Onderwerpsomschrijving: Stalhouder Schato Luberti en tien getuigen verklaren dat op 31 aug. jl. in het koetshuis van Luberti ene Jan Eijsering kwam, gekleed in een bruine jas met op zijn hoofd een hoed, versierd met een brede oranje lint. Getuigen hoorden hem zonder enige aanleiding tegen drie mannen schreeuwen: 'Jou bliksemse oude Kees, gij zult het Oranje op uw hoed zetten. want het moet Oranje boven wezen', waarna een handgemeen ontstond en Luberti en enkele getuigen werden aangevallen en geslagen.
