They had two sets of twins- one fraternal and one identical, which I understand is very rare. My great aunts, Henrietta and Anna, who were the identical twins, had lots of "twin" stories about buying the same coat even though one lived in Washington and one in North Dakota. They had some kind of a connection. Henrietta, who we called Auntie Hen, never married and lived alone. She passed away quietly one night without having been sick or anything. She said she was cold and going to bed early and then never arose. Exactly 6 months later, her twin said pretty much the same thing and also passed in her sleep. Quite an interesting family.
