Louis Emil bezat een eigen koffieplantage te Ngareanak, residentie Semarang.
ehalve een koffieplantage bezat hij ook andere grote stukken grond met meer dan 1.000 klapperbomen (Cocos) en vele soorten vruchtbomen. Ngareanak ligt aan de voet van de berg "Gadjah Mungkur" met een heerlijk koel klimaat. Deze berg is beter bekend onder de naam Ungaran. Verder bezat hij vele dieren, zoals koeien, paarden, geiten en kippen.

Hij werd op zijn eigendomserf te Ngareanak begraven .

Ma’ Monah stierf op Donderdag 4 December 1958 om 8.36 v.m. plaatselijke tijd te Ngareanak. op dezelfde dag nog werd zij om 13.00 n.m. naast haar eerder gestorven zoon Robbert (Bob) ter aarde besteld. Was vanaf 26/10-’5 reeds zwaarziek geweest.

Haar kleinzoon, samensteller dezes werd tot zijn zesde jaar door haar grootgebracht. Was een hele lieve zorgzame grootmoeder. Ma’ Tajem werd aan de andere zijde van Robbertsgraf begraven. Uit het huwelijk van Louis Emil Doelitzsch en Sarmilah werden 2 kinderen geboren en het "samenzijn" met ma’ Monah werden 7 kinderen geboren. Bij het huwelijk van Louis Emil Doelitzsch en Sarmilah dd. 22 Juni 1910 te Kendal werden de 7 kinderen van ma’ Monah tevens gewettigd.
