RAL-LvO 1759, 161v: Op 1 september 1757 verkocht Joannes Reitraedt, gehuwd met Maria Houben, aan Joannes Hermens, gehuwd met Catharina Meens, 186 kleine roeden weiland te Hooren onder Nuth, genaamd "'t Braecken", oostwaarts Nicolaes Ruijsop, westwaarts de erfgenamen Peter Eggen, waarvan de helft voorheen van zijn zwager Christiaan Houben gekocht was. Iedere kleine roede kostte 29 stuivers en twee oort.
RAL-LvO 1759, 217v: Op 23 juli 1759 leende Joannes Reitraed, gehuwd met Maria Houben, 100 gulden tegen 4% van Henricus Wolters, pastoor te Nuth. Hijborgde met zijn huis en hof te Horen onder Nuth, anderhalve morgen weide aldaar en nog een weide met moestuin van ruim drie morgen, grenzend aan de Bergerhof, de huiswei, Peter Cremers en de straat.
RAL-LvO 1761, 28r: Op 27 september 1763 verkochten Joannes Hermens, gehuwd met Barbara Vraeschen, en Joannes Rietra, gehuwd met Maria Houben, aan Joannes Gorissen, gehuwd met Maria Catharijna Consten, 200 kleine roeden beemd "aen der geijt" onder Nuth grenzend aan de weg en de beek, voor een gulden per kleine roede. Hiervan was 60 kleine roeden van Rietra en 140 kleine roeden van Hermens.
RAL-LvO 1761, 11v (ook RAL-LvO 1763, 91v): Op 18 maart 1772 verklaarde Joannes Rietraet, gehuwd met Maria Houben, dat hij in 1760 van Joannes Silverentants, namens Elisabeth Silverentants, 100 gulden geleend had tegen 5%. Tot onderpand diende zijn huis met moestuin en weide, groot drie morgen en gelegen te Horen onder Nuth, grenzend aan het Bergerland, Elisabeth Silverentants, Peter Cremers en de weg.
