Zanesville - Alma P. Mautz-Forker, 96 of Zanesville, Ohio passed away April 8, 2018 at 11:40 A.M. under the care of Hospice of Central Ohio and Altercare Health and Rehabilitation, Zanesville.

She was born April 3, 1922 in Zanesville to the late James and Inez Forker. Alma was the last surviving child. She had four brothers and five sisters and was always there for them. Previous years, she worked at Roseville Potteries, Cafeteria of West Muskingum High School in the sixties when her daughter attended school there. She worked in the office of the Fraternal Order of Eagles when on Third Street and retired from General Electric. Alma was a forty-nine year Charter Member of Ladies Auxillary Aries 302. She was a member of Market Street Baptist Church.

She is survived ty her devoted loving daughter, Judy Lee, of Zanesville; two granddaughters, Lori (Frank) Franklin of Las Vegas, Nevada and Lisa Martin of Zanesville; four great-granddaughters, Samantha Cash, Rebecca Shaw, Brittney Smith, and Ashley Martin; four great-great-grandchildren; a stepson, Kenneth (Aldrene) Mautz of Florida and their sons, Phil Paul and Tim; a sister-in-law, Florence Forker; two special nieces, Sue Canter of Zanesville and Karen Johnson of Goodyear Arizona; her great-niece, Sandy Anshultz of North Carolina; many nieces and nephews; her special friends, Bill Buzza, Rose Gibson, Mary Mumford and Phil Smith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry L. Kirk and her second husband, Myron Mautz.

Friends and family may call from 12:00 P.M. until time of service at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE with Pastor Daniel Fullen officiating. A Cremation-With-Care will take place with Inurnment taking place at a later date at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
