    Oujourdhui, second du mois de Decembre mil huit cent onze a neuf heures du matin, devant moi, Pierre Huylman, Maire de Dongen, canton deTilbourg, Departement du Bouches du Rhin, faisant les fonctions d’officier public de l’état civil se sons Jean van der Kaa, journalier âgé cinquante quatre ans et Jacques in ’t Groen, journalier âgé cinquante trois ans tous les deux habitants de cette commune, canton en département susdits, lesquels ont déclaré que Josine Smits âgée quarante huit ans, femme du premier et voisine du second témoins est morte hier à deux heures du matin en le domicile du premier demeurs au quartier dit Vaart. D’après cette déclaration j’ai signé le present acte que les témoins cidessus denominés ont signé avec moi après lecture..
