Aan ons Schout en Schepenen van Raamsdonk van wegens Jan Jans van der Kaa woonachtig te Dongen, te kennen gegeven zijnde, dat aldaar van hem gerequireerd word onze acte van indemniteit, zo voor hem als zijne huisvrouw Josina Smits en drie kinderen genaamd : Jan - Adriana - en Huibert van der Kaa, alhier geboren; zo verklaren wij den armen van Dongen of elders waar zig gemelde Jan Janse van der Kaa en zijne huisvrouw en drie genoemde kinderen mocht komen neer te zetten, dezelve te zullen indemneren van zodanige alimentatien als meergenoemde man, vrouw en drie kinderen zo tot armoede mocht komen (dat God verhoede) in zodanig geval zou behoeven. Gelovende in zulk een ongeval hun de nodige onderstand te zullen verzorgen. Tot nakoming van het hen voorschreven staat verginden wij onze armen en goederen en inkomsten actum te Raamsdonk den 11 december 1793.
Het oirconde is dezer met ’t zegel dezer Ambachts Heerlijkheid bezegelden bij mijn Secretaris ondertekend op dato voornoemd. P.L. van den Bergh.

Hij werd aangegeven door z’n zoon Hubertus, dagloner, toen 34 j oud, en Laurens Oomens, bouwman, 45 j oud. Ze verklaarden dat Jan van der Kaa, bouwman, 68 j,
geboren te Raamsdonk, won. te Dongen, zoon van etc. is overleden binnen deze gemeente, op maandag 4 dec. om 4 uur am.
