Johannes Leendert de Mos (1892) overlijdt op of na 17-02-1918 (akte 3474 dd. 03-07-1945): "Heden den Derden Juli negentienhonderd vijf en veertig is door mij, Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente ’s-Gravenhage, ingeschreven een in kracht van gewijsde gegane beschikking der Arrondissements Rechtbank alhier enkelvoudige Kamer van den drie en twintigsten Juni van dit jaar, waarbij is bevolen, dat in de registers van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente ’s-Gravenhage worde ingeschreven een akte van overlijden in het jaar negentienhonderd achttien op of na zeventien Februari, van: de Mos, Johannes Leendert, geboren te ’s-Gravenhage, zes Maart achttienhonderd twee en negentig, echtgenoot van: Keus, Johanna Adriana". Op 19-08-1918, 6 maanden na het vermoedelijk overlijden van zijn vader, wordt er een zoon met dezelfde voornamen Johannes Leendert de Mos geboren.
