(den 28 october 1770 alhier getrouwt)". Na het overlijden van Alida Hoogenraad op 03-01-1777 (oud 27 jr.) blijft Minnekus (1748) met 4 kinderen achter. Het jongste kind, Johanna (15-12-1776) is 3 weken oud. Minnekus hertrouwt dan op 28-05-1780 (oud 32 jr.) met Adriaantje Ment Baak (oud 18 jr., geb. 04-04-1762), waaruit nog 5 kinderen komen. Na het overlijden van Dominicus de Mos in 1790, huwt Adriana in 1794 met Nicolaas Jol, waaruit nog 2 kinderen komen.

"Den 12 october in ondertrouw opgenoomen MINNIKUS ARENDSZ DE MOS J.M., geboortig en woonende te Scheveningen, met Alida Pietersd Hogenraat J.D. , geboren en woonende alhier. (den 28 october 1770 alhier getrouwt)". Ook genaamd: Minnekus Ariensz de Mos resp. Alijda Pietersdr Hogenraat.

Na het overlijden van Alida Hoogenraad op 03-01-1777 (oud 27 jr.) blijft Minnekus (1748) met 4 kinderen achter. Het jongste kind, Johanna (15-12-1776) is 3 weken oud. Minnekus hertrouwt dan op 28-05-1780 (oud 32 jr.) met Adriaantje Ment Baak (oud 18 jr., geb. 04-04-1762), waaruit nog 5 kinderen komen. In de overlijdensakte 973 van zijn dochter Johanna de Mos (1776-1839) wordt hij "Minnekus de Mos, overleden" genoemd en zou haar moeder (zijn weduwe) "Aagje de Mos, overleden" zijn, hetgeen echter "Alida Hoogenraat, overleden" moet zijn. Deze fout werd wel vaker gemaakt, omdat men vaak geen geboorteakte had, maar een doopakte of omdat de namen mondeling werden overgebracht.
Van de 9 kinderen uit zijn 2 huwelijken is zijn oudste kind Arie Minnekusz de Mos (1772-1847).
