Job (de) Mos is geboren op 21-03-1868 als zoon van CORNELIS MOS en CHIELTJE SPAANS (zijn familienaam is daardoor MOS) en overleden op 28-3-1898, verongelukt in de Noordzee bij IJmuiden. Als getuigen bij zijn huwelijk in 1891 (akte 5) is volgens de akte o.a. zijn broer CORNELIS MOS, 28 jr. Dit is CORNELIS DE MOS, geb. 19-2-1873, zoon van CORNELIS DE MOS (1838) en CHIELTJE SPAANS (1837).
JOB (de) MOS was ook getuige bij het huwelijk van zijn broers LEENDERD DE MOS (1870) in 1894 en van CORNELIS DE MOS (1873) in 1898.
Bij het eerdere huwelijk van zijn andere broer CORNELIS DE MOS (1863) in 1887 was JOB pas 19 jaar.

Job Mos (geb. 21-03-1868, akte 756, familienaam "Mos" volgens geboorteakte, ovl. op de Noordzee op 16-02-1898, oud 29 jr., overleden gevonden op 28-3-1898 te Noordwijk, dan 30 jr., akte 894): "Dood gevonden, aangespoeld op het strand van Noordwijk aan Zee op 28-03-1898".

Ook zijn 2 broers vinden op 16-02-1898 de dood: Cornelis de Mos (1873-1898, akte 2916) + Maarten de Mos (1880-1898), maar beiden met de familienaam "DE Mos" volgens hun geboorteaktes. Bij alledrie deze kinderen + bij Adriana de Mos (1866) is Pieter van den Berg zelfde getuige bij aangifte van hun geboorte.
Job Mos was op 7-1-1891 (akte 5) gehuwd met Wilhelmina Overduin (1869-1939) en hij is overleden op 28-03-1898 (oud 30 jr., akte 20 gem. Noordwijk resp. akte 894 gem. 's-Gravenhage). Zijn lichaam wordt dood gevonden aan het strand ten noorden van Noordwijk aan Zee.
