Notes about Jan Adriaensz Hensbroeck

Jan Adriaensz woonde op een boerderij in Pijnacker, aan de oostzijde van de Hoogse- of Middelwatering. In 1595 tekende hij een haverpacht-overeenkomst tussen Delft en Pijnacker. Op 8.6.1595 kocht hij woning, schuur, barch en geboomte met vier morgen land, gelegen op de Hoog in de Ambacht van Pijnacker, Witsenburch genoemd. (Transp.reg. Rijswijk E). Hij heeft deze samen met Pieter Meeusz gekocht van Jan Cornelis Witsenburch voor 4220 gulden, te betalen in 3 termijnen (8.6.1595 NA,Hof van Holland, Sententies 600/192) In de kerkrekeningen van Pijnacker komt hij voor wegens de betaling van smalrente. In 1628 werd deze smalrente nog op zijn naam betaald. In 1630 werd de betaling door zijn zoon Jacob Jansz overgenomen.

Op 17.11.1604 wordt hij in Kethel samen met Claes Outgaertsz Braeck, als voogd gesteld over de 5 kinderen van Maritge Jans, weduwe van Aryen Cleasz Braeck (ONA Schiedam Kethel84/12v)
