Als Dirck Jansz Noorlander was hij gesteld als voogd over de kinderen van zijn zwager Arien Claesz Braeck en werd op 2.1.1616 verzocht met hen contact op te nemen. (Schiedam Kethel 84/136)


In 1616 woonde de familie nog op de Hoocht in Pijnacker en verhuisde later naar de Suijdbuurt in Maasland. Testament in Delft op 30.12.1627 Maasland.


In een akte te Schiedam van 6.7.1653 (ONA 770/1150) worden als erfgenamen genoemd de 4 kinderen Arien (Geervliet), Pieter (Oud Mathenesse), Jacob (Schiedam) en Annetje, gehuwd met Cornelis Delfweg (Schiedam).

In een transportakte van Pijnacker op 20.5.1654 (protocollen dl.12) waarin namens de erfgenamen grond wordt overgedragen aan Pieter Jansz Heijnsbroeck, worden 6 kinderen vam Dirck Jans genoemd, t.w Pieter, Jacob, Garrebrant, Niesgen, Maritgen en Aechjen.
