Verder Adrianus Gerlag, arbeider, oud 25 jaar.Verder twee mannen die allebei Pieter Jacob van der Neut heten en in Amsterdam wonen. Iedereen tekent, behalve de moeder van Menno, Aaltje Ferwerda, die nooit heeft leren schrijven.
Op 17 juli 1944 vierden zij hun 40-jarig huwelijk

Notes about Menno Hemrika

Hij was timmerman en grondwerker en Nederlands Hervormd. Dat blijkt uit zijn gezinskaart uit Amsterdam. Hij kwam van Hendrik Kromhout. Hij woonde, behalve in Amsterdam, ook in Westzaan, Zaandam en Zandvoort. Uit de Zaanstreek en Zandvoort kwam hij in 1908 in Amsterdam.
In het gezin woonde ook een tijdje broer Zacharias (1883) en schoonzus Elisabeth Huisman. Verder familieleden als Aaltje Kromhout uit Heemskerk.

Op de archiefkaart: los werkman en havenarbeider.Op 12-5-1952: Kattenburgerstraat 152 hs.

Hij vertrekt op 13-2-1945 als vrijwilliger/ tewerkgestelde voor de Niederlandische Groszbaufirma. De begunstigde is M.Huisman. Hij woont in de Kleine Kattenburgerstraat 27 huis. Op 22-2-1945 betaalt de firma Hommen een voorschot.
