      Nummer 1143. In het jaar duizend achthonderd tweeennegentig, den vierentwintigsten September is voor ons Ambtenaar van den Burgelijken Stand der Gemeente Groningen, Arondissement en Provincie Groningen, verschenen: Nicolaas Beem oud tweeenveertig jaren, van beroep conducteur, alhier wonende, dewelke heeft verklaard dat op den vierentwintigsten der maand September dezes jaars, des morgens te half seven uur, binnen deze Gemeente een kind is geboren van het vrouwelijk geslacht, waaraan de voornaam van Alida gegeven zal worden, van welk kind ouders zijn bij comparant en zijne echtgenoote Egberdina Lamijn, zonder beroep, wonende alhier.
      En is deze aangifte en verklaring geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Paul Johann Leonard Meder oud sevenenvijftig jaren, van beroep adjunct commies en van Johannes Carel Vriemoet,oud tweeendertig jaren, van beroep klerk,beide wonende te Groningen, als hiertoe door de belanghebbende verzochte getuigen.
      En is deze akte na voorlezing, geteekend door ons en de getuigen, benevens den comparant.

      Heden den tienden April negentienhonderd vier en dertig verschenen voor mij Ambtenaar van den Burgelijken stand der Gemeente Groningen: Stijlhaeren Jeldteman, directeur van het verzorgingshuis oud negenendertig jaren, wonende te Groningen en Taeke Henstra oud vierenvijftig jaren klerk, wonende te Groningen, die verklaarden, dat op den tienden April dezes jaar, des voormiddags te half vijf uur, in deze gemeente is overleden Alida Beem oud eenenveertig jaren, zonder beroep, geboren en wonende alhier, dochter van Nicolaas Beem en van Egberdina Lamijn beiden overleden.
