In het jaar duizend achthonderd negen en zestig, den dertienden der maand September is voor ons Ambtenaar van den Burgelijken Stand der gemeente Groningen, Arrondissement en Provincie Groningen, verschenen: Hinderikus Martinus Beem oud drieenveertig jaren, van beroep metselaar, alhier wonende, dewelke heeft verklaard dat op den elfden der maand September dezes jaars, des avonds te acht uur, in de Langesteeg letter O nummer tweehonderddertig, binnen deze Gemeente een kind id geboren van het mannelijk geslacht, aan hetwelk de voornaam van Hendrik zal gegeven worden, van welk kind ouders zijn, hij comparant en zijne echtgenoote Alida van Weemen, oud eenenveertig jaren, zonder beroep, wonende alhier.
      Deze aangifte en verklaring is geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Hinderikus Hemmes Prien, oud veertig jaren, van beroep adjunct commies en van Albertus Jacobus Fokkema, oud zevenenvijftig jaren, van beroep Commies, beide wonende te Groningen, als hiertoe door de belanghebbende verzochte getuigen.
      En is hiervan deze akte opgemaakt, in de dubbelen van het geboorteregister ingeschreven, en na gedane voorlezing, geteekend door ons en de getuigen, benevens den Comparant.
