    Arnold II (ca. 1085 - 11 april 1138 of 1139) was graaf van Loon(1126), en graaf van Rieneck (1135 door erfenis).

    Arnold was de zoon van Arnold I en van Agnes van Mainz[1]. Hij steunde in 1119 de verkiezing van Frederik van Namen tot bisschop van Luik, tegen de zin van Hendrik V (keizer). In 1135 stichtte Arnold de Abdij van Averbode. Arnold had geen krijgshaftige instelling maar trad juist vaak op als bemiddelaar in lokale conflicten.

    Arnold was getrouwd met Aleida, waarover verder niets bekend is.
