Cobben, west- en noordwaarts de koper, zuidwaarts het Meulenvoetpad; en voorts het derde deel uit 50 kleine roeden moestuin aldaar gelegen, oostwaarts het huis van Jan Cobben, westwaarts Hend. Cobben, zuidwaarts Jan Cobben en noordwaarts het Meulenvoetpad, belast met een halve kapoen aan huis Wijnandsrade en 32 1/2 stuiver aan de kapellanie van Wijnandsrade. Het akkerland werd verkocht voor twee schillingen per kleine roede en het stukje moestuin voor de vermelde lasten.
