    De helft van zijn bezittingen was voor zijn broer Laurens Cobben, gehuwd met Elisabeth Driessen, de andere helft voor de kinderen van Nicolaus Lortije en Maria Cobben, en Willem Cobben, gehuwd met Elisabeth Raemeckers, dochter en zoon van zijn broer Jan.
    Verder is sprake van een buitenechtelijke dochter Maria Cobben bij Joanna Boesten die 30 pattacons zou krijgen, te verstrekken door de erfgenamen.
    Voorts zou Hendrick Cobben, zoon van zijn buitenechtelijke dochter Maria "eenen bije, geenen van de beste ende oock niet van de slechtste" erven, terwijl de rest der bijen gedeeld zou worden door Paulus, zoon van Laurens Cobben, en Jacobus, zoon van Willem Cobben.
    De hoofderfgenamen zouden gezamenlijk 50 gulden geven aan de kerk van Wijnandsrade voor een "baarcleet", welk kleed vervolgens door de kerk gebruikt zou kunnen worden bij elke begrafenis, waarbij de gebruiker een schilling aan de pastoor moest betalen, indien het een inwoner van Wijnandsrade betrof en twee schillingen voor een vreemde. Van de opbrengst zouden zielemissen voor zijn nagedachtenis gelezen worden.
