    RAL-AHW 168, 207: Op 8 mei 1689 kocht Jan Cobben, gehuwd met Marie Welden, ca. anderhalve morgen akkerland in het Vinkeveld onder Wijnandsrade, oostwaarts erfgenamen Paludanus, westwaarts erfgenamen Lens Cobben, zuidwaarts Jan Cobben, noordwaarts een perceel genaamd "die Egge", voor elf stuivers per kleine roede. De verkoopster, Marie Finiers, noende Jan Cobben haar neef. Zij behield het gebruiksrecht op de helft van het land en verklaarde dat de koopsom pas na haar dood in de erfenis ingebracht moest worden.

    RAL-AHW 170, 1: Op 28 december 1715 droeg Jan Cobben, weduwnaar en schepen van Wijnandsrade, vanwege zijn hoge ouderdom aan zijn zoon Jan Cobben, gehuwd met Aldegonde Coenen, de volgende goederen over:
    a) huis met schuur, stallen en plaats, gelegen op de Vink onder Wijnandsrade, grenzend aan Jan Tevissen en Lins Schouteten, waarvoor zijn zoon 700 gulden betaald had aan schuldeisers
    b) ca. 560 kleine roeden weiland op de Vink onder Wijnandsrade, grenzend aan hof Nijthuizen en de erfgenamen Peter Cobben, waarvoor 25 stuivers per kleine roede gerekend werd. Ook dit bedrag was gebruikt om schulden te betalen.

    RAL-LvO 1755, 195r: Op 12 april 1658 verkocht Peter Tessers, gehuwd met Neleken Eijmael, aan Jan Cobben, gehuwd met Meijcken Welden, een huis met schuur, stallen, bijgebouwen, moestuin en huisweide, gelegen te Hunnecum onder Nuth, voor 950 gulden. Daarvan zou 400 gulden binnen veertig dagen betaald worden, 200 gulden verrekend worden door het overnemen van een schuld van 200 gulden en de rest als lening tegen 6 1/4% blijven uitstaan.
    Verder moest de koper nog 100 schoven leveren.
