children, Alfred and Agnes Emma, and son Farquhar.

The 1881 Scotland Census shows Amelia in, presumably, the family home at Station Road, Bellevue, Monkton & Prestwick, Ayrshire with her husband, C
harles, and daughters Caroline and Esther.
