Born Feb. 3, 1942 in Lansing, the daughter of the late Harry L. and Mary D. (Lucian) Kosier, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. Nancy retired from the State of Michigan Fisheries Division after 30 years of service. She was an active member of the Catholic Church of Cadillac and Lansing. She enjoyed volunteering at Mercy Hospital of Cadillac, MI. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert in 2000. Surviving are her 2 children: Cheri (Edward Bedecs) Cummings and Erik (Jennifer) Cummings, 3 grandchildren: Leeann Hoffman, Spencer and Brennen Cummings, a sister, Janis (Dennis) Strang and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends. The family would like to thank Eaton Community Palliative Care for the loving care they gave to Nancy. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday at 11:00AM at St. Therese Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. John Fain as celebrant. Rite of committal will be in Antioch Cemetery, Mesick, MI, later this spring. Visitation will be Thursday 2-4 & 6-8PM at the Palmer Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes, Delta Chapel, 6020 W. Saginaw, where the Rosary will be prayed at 7:30PM. Visitation continues Friday at the church at 10:00AM. Memorials can be made to Eaton Community Palliative Care. Condolences can be made at www.palmerbush.com.
