No name of paper, dated Nov. 4, 1991 [sic] ST. JOE--Lola Marie Beaty, 92, died today at 2:30 a.m. in her rural St. Joe Home. She was a homemaker and a former member of the Grange. Mrs. Beaty was born Nov. 5, 1899, in St. Joe to the late George and Allie Layman. She married Forest Beaty in 1920, and he preceded her in death. Surviving her are one son, Mike ofSt. Joe; nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Naomi Alwood; two sons, Delvin and Melvin; and one brother, Guy Layman.

Friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. in Baidinger & Walter Funeral Home, Spencerville. Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home, with the Rev. Sherman Nichols officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Auburn.Memorial contributions may be given to Home Health Care.
