When she died, John married Allie(Alwilda)Flickinger. They had Roy together. Allie was the daughter of John and Rebecca Flickinger, of Fulton Co., Ohio. Roy lived with Allie and her husband, William Trowbridge, and while residing there, in Toledo, he married; Leah Barnes; bornabout 1883/89. Accounts vary. They married on Aug. 11, 1906. ADRIAN DAILY TELEGRAM; FRIDAY, JANUARY 25, 1974 ROY WATKINS HUDSON, MI; ROY WATKINS, 91 YEAR-OLD RETIRED EMPLOYEE OF THE NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILROAD, DIED THURSDAY MORNING AT THE LENAWEE COUNTY MEDICAL CARE FACILITY, AFTER AN EXTENDED ILLNESS. HE WAS A RESIDENT OF SHADY LAWN TRAILER PARK, HUDSON.MR WATKINS WAS BORN IN FULTON CO,OHIO, ON SEPT. 21, 1882. HE WAS A LONG TIME HUDSON AREA RESIDENT. THE ONLY SURVIVORS ARE GRANDCHILDREN. SERVICES WILL BE HELDAT 1. P.M., SATURDAY, AT THE EAGLE FUNERAL HOME, IN HUDSON, WITH THE REV. T.R. DOLSON, OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE AT FULTON UNION CEMETERY IN DELTA OHIO.
