Harm, the son of Lammert and Anna Tuin Modder, was born in Holland. He came to the USA with his parents when he was three. He married Mary, who was the daughter of Henry and Maria Fischer Julius. They farmed west of George until they moved into town in their retirement. They have two children: Lammert and Henry (Hennie) (m. Evelyn Hinsch and Marian Kruger)."
