"Modder, George - Jennie Harms

George was the son of Lambert and Anna Tuin Modder and farmed northwest of George. He married Jennie, who was the daughter of Earl and Tena Harms. George also drove truck for Harm Snuttjer for many years. The couple were members of the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church and he served as both an elder and deacon.

Their children are Lawrence (m. Lorna Kruse) and Ervin, who died when a teenager."
