She was formerly of Toledo, OH but most recently lived in Woodville, OH. On April 23, 1923, she was born to Truman and Stella (Sommers) Kosier in New Orleans, LA. Shirley married Richard Solly on April 18, 1964, in Sylvania, OH and he preceded her in death in 1978. ... Survivors include son, Chuck (Shirlene) DeCant of Woodville, OH; grandchildren, Cathy (Michael) Lang of Woodville, OH, Debbra DeCant of Port Royal, SC, Nancy (Steve) Sabin of Curtice, OH; Paul (Peggy) Cashen of Walbridge, OH, Timothy DeCant of Woodville, OH; 7 great-grand-children; 3 step grandchildren; 5 step great-grandchildren; sister, Florence Charest of Locust Grove, VA; brothers, Norman Kosier of Toledo, OH, Truman Kosier of Durham, NC.
