She was born near Bakersville, Aug. 22, 1859, a daughter of David and Polly Olinger. She had been a member of the Fresno M.E. church until late years when she joined the Newcomerstown Church of Christ. Since Aug. 3, 1937, she had livedwith a daughter, Mrs. Lester Jennings, Coshocton Route 4, until entering the rest home. Mrs. Geese had been married three times. Her first husband was Samuel Mizer, her second Harry Caton, and her third G. W. Geese. All three are deceased. Two children born to the first union also are deceased. Surviving are a daughter by the first marriage, Mrs. Clara Hines of Scio; three children by the third marriage, Mrs. Lester Jennings of Coshocton Route 4, Grover Geese of West Lafayette Route 1, and Mrs. Ruth Dile of Ashland; fourstep-children, Billy Geese of Fresno, Mrs. Dorothy Stein of Pearl, Mrs. Florence Bache of West Lafayette and Mrs. Lola Barnes of Marshalville, O.; a half brother, George Pinkerton of Windon, O., and a step-brother, David Cain of Fresno. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Monbarren funeral home in Fresno. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery at Fresno. (per Janet Lockard; (XXXXX@XXXX.XXX))
