She was preceded in by her husband, Henry; her grandson, Jeff Sietsema and two great granddaughters. Surviving are her children, Elizabeth and Sid Harkema, Jane and Dirk Hoekstra, Sue and Stephen Sietsema, Marten and Marcia Vegter, Gerda and Arvin Gunnink, Case and Valerie Vegter; 26 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Gerard Vegter and many nieces and nephews inthe Netherlands. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Ridgewood Christian Reformed Church, 1571 Baldwin Street, with the Reverends John Joldersma and Karl Van Harn. The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, 1889 Baldwin St. in Jenison. If you are unable to attend the visitation or service please sign the family's Memory Book at www.cookfuneralhome.com.
