Funeral services for Theodore Spieker, 85, of Buffalo Center were held Monday morning, April 23 at ,the First Congregational Church in Buffalo Center with Rev. Steve Oeffling officiating. Mr. Spieker died Thursday, April 19 at the TitonkaCare Center. Winter Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements and interment was in Olena Mound Cemetery. ... Mr. Spieker was born April 16, 1899 in Kossuth County. He was married to Anna Westendorf at Forest City, August 14, 1918, To this union four children were born. ... Survivors include three sons, Irvin, Buffalo Center, Jack, Ankeny, and Merlin, Forest City; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Darrel (Shirley) Miller, Mason City, and Mrs. Russell (Gladys) Beatty, Humboldt; four grandchildren and fourgreat-grandchildren."

Spleker, Deceased, who died on or about August 29, 1998: You are hereby notified that on the 29th day of September, 1998, the undersigned was appointed administrator of the estate.Notice Is given that all persons Indebted to the estate are requested to make Immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having' claims against the estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named district1 court, asprovided 'by law,' duly authenticated, for allowance, and unless so filed by the later to occur of four months from the second publication of this notice or one month from the date of mailing of this notice (unless otherwise allowed orpaid) a claim is thereafter forever barred.
