Evelyn attained the age of 85 years, 11 months and 27 days.

Evelyn Coyour (Coyer), daughter of John and Melissa Sullivan Coyour (Coyer), was married to William Jacob Rogers in Nobles County on July 13, 1910. William Rogers died June 23, 1920.

Evelyn M. Roelfsema, 87 of 413 E. 13th St, (Sioux Falls) died Wednesday, April 19, 1978 at McKennan Hospital.

Evelyn M. Couyour (Coyer) was born in Worthington, Minnesota, April 22, 1891 and was married to Henry Roelfsema on June 10, 1922.

After their marriage they farmed until moving to Harrisburg in 1936. In 1942 they moved to Alhambra, Calif., later moving to Sioux Falls in 1946. Mr. Roelsema died in 1974.

She is survived by six sons, Fredrick, San Pedro, Calif.; John, Alfred and George, all of Sioux Falls; Clifford Rogers of Lake Wilson, Minn; and Alvin "Doc" Rogers of Reading, Minn.; three daughters, Mrs. Henrietta Husman, Sacramento, Calif., Mrs. Ethel Rowley, Reading, Minn. and Mrs. Doris Ricketts, Lake Wilson, Minn., 23 grandchildren; 44 great grand children, and one great great grandchild.

Service will be at 11 A.M. Friday, April 21, 1978 at the First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Harrisburg, under of direction of the Miller Funeral Home.
