Survived by son, Douglas (Tammy) Folk; grandchildren, Aaron & Danielle Folk; brothers, Roger (Sharon) Folk, Gordy (Elaine) Folk & Brian (Debbie) Folk; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy. 65) on Wednesday, January 27th from 5 - 7 PM.
