and Anna Kalmer of said County, and being duly sworn, on his oath, says that he is of the age of not less than twenty-one years, that he has no wife living, that said Anna is of the age of not less than eighteen years, that she has nohusband living, and that the parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins, as he verily believes.
