His wife died nine years ago. The deceased was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Clarion and during the past twelve years was a Ruling Elder. He was an active, intelligent and true Christian man and was always loyally and faithfully interested and active in church work. He was a man of high honor and impeachable integrity. Mr. Corbett was a member of a remarkable family of boys, eight in number, which remained unbroken until last year, when a brother in New Bethlehem died, and now he makes the second. The six brothers still surviving are C. Lee and A.G. Corbett of Clarion; S.B. and J.M. Corbett, of New Bethlehem; Nelson Corbett, of Corsica and Frank S. Corbett, of Strattanville. The funeral services were conducted by his pastor, Rev. Glenn M. Shafer, last Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at his late residence, and the internment was made in Clarion cemetery.
