      Richeza van Polen, of van Everstein, (1140-16 juni 1165) was een dochter van Wladislaus II van Polen en van Agnes van Babenberg. Zij werd in 1152 de tweede echtgenote van koning Alfons VII van León en Castilië. Het paar kreeg een dochter, Sancha, die zou trouwen met Alfons II van Aragón. Na het overlijden van haar echtgenoot in 1157, hertrouwde Richeza met Raymond Berengarius III van Provence, bij wie zij een dochter Dulcia (-1172) kreeg. Toen ook Raymond Berengarius was overleden, trouwde Richeza een derde maal, met Raymond V van Toulouse.
