      Hendrik II Jasomirgott (Wenen?, 1107 - aldaar, 13 januari 1177) was de tweede zoon van markgraaf Leopold III van Oostenrijk uit zijn tweede huwelijk, met Agnes van Waiblingen. Hij huwde met Gertrudis (1115-1143), dochter van keizer Lotharius van Supplinburg en weduwe van Hendrik X van Beieren, en nadien met Theodora Komnena (-1177), nicht van keizer Manuel I van Byzantium. In 1141 volgde hij zijn broer Leopold IV op als markgraaf van Oostenrijk -sinds 1156 hertog. In 1143 volgde hij Leopold op als paltsgraaf en hertog (Hendrik XI) van Beieren.

      Hendrik was de vader van:
      - Richardis (-1143), die huwde met landgraaf Hendrik van Steffling (-1190)
      - Leopold V van Oostenrijk (1157-1194)
      - hertog Hendrik van Mödling (-1223)
      - Agnes (-1182), die in 1167 huwde met koning Stefanus III van Hongarije en in 1173 met hertog Herman van Karinthië.
