De wettelijke afkondigingen van dit voorgenomen huwelijk hebben zonder stuiting plaats gehad op Zondagen den zes en twintigsten Juni en den derden Juli dezes Jaars.
De aanstaande echtgenoten hebben aan ons overgelegd:
Hunne geboorte akten.
De overlijdensakte van den vader der bruid.
De moeder der bruid hier tegenwoordig heeft verklaard tot dit huwelijk hare toestemming te geven.
Nadat door ons aan de comparanten gevraagd is, of zij elkander aannemen tot echtgenooten en of zij getrouwlijk alle plichten zullen vervullen, door de Wet aan de huwelijken staat verbonden, waarop door hen bevestigend is geantwoord, hebben wij, in naam der Wet verklaard, dat zij door den echt aan elkander zijn verbonden.
Deze huwelijksvoltrekking heeft plaats gehad in tegenwoordigheid van:
Carolus Antonius Josephus Frenken oud negen en veertig jaren, van beroep wijnhandelaar, behuwd broeder bruidegom, wonende te Oosterhoek
Meester Jacobus Hubertus Maria Verheyen oud vier en vijftig jaren, van beroep Advocaat, oom van der bruid, wonende te Nijmegen
Johannes Antonius Wilhelmus Suijs oud zes en veertig jaren, van beroep wijnhandelaar, broeder Bruidegom, wonende te 's Hertogenbosch
Peter Alphonse Marie Hubert van de Loo oud een en vijftig jaren, van beroep brouwer, oom bruid, wonende te Maasbree.
Hiervan is opgemaakt deze akte, welke, na voorlezing, door comparanten, de getuigen en ons is onderteekend.
