Legatária nos testamentos do tio e do irmão José Manoel de Carvalho. Batizada em 04-06-1814, faleceu solteira em novembro de 1889 com testamento redigido a rogo pelo Barão de Conceição da Barra (neste site). Deixou missas pelas almas de seu pais, José Carvalho Duarte e Maria Antonia de Jesus e pela de seu tio Francisco Carvalho Duarte.

Embora solteira, Claudina Felisbina teve três filhos que reconheceu e nomeou em testamento, sem no entanto esclarecer a paternidade dos mesmos. O filho Camilo foi "exposto" ao Padre Camilo Lelis de Deus e as filhas constaram sempre com "expostas" em casa dela mesma Claudina Felisbina.

No processo "de genere et moribus" de seu neto Laponese Rodrigues Silvino, uma testemunha declarou:

"... cumpre esclarecer que a avó paterna foi do meu conhecimento, não foi casada, e dizem que conviveu por sua fragilidade com o finado Padre Camillo Rodrigues Silvino se me não engano seu sobrenome, donde resultou a origem do pai de Laponese..."
