SPAW, Pricella Robinson, 76, wife of Cornelius Spaw, died Sunday (Jan. 16, 1955) at her home in King Bee following an illness of several weeks. Mrs. Spaw was born in this county Aug. 26, 1878, the daughter of the late Frank and Rebecca Robinson. She married Cornelius Spaw in 1896 and 12 children were born to this union. Three children preceded her in death. Mrs. Spaw joined the Fishing Creek Baptist Church several years ago and lived the remainder of her life in true Christian faith, devoting herself to the work of her church and her Lord. Her many friends here are saddened at her death. Mrs. Spaw is survived by her husband; five daughters, Mrs. Gertie Dick and Mrs. Cloye Hughes, both of Somerset, Mrs. Nan Dick and Mrs. Myrtle Roy, both of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. Ada dick, King Bee; four sons Jim Spaw and Lonnie Spaw, both of King Bee, Arch Spaw, Mangum, and Boyd Spaw, Somerset; one sister, Mrs. Laura Annas, Colorado; 28 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the King Bee Nazarene Church. The Rev. John Hodge conducted the services. Burial was in the Spaw cemetery. Spaw book by Karen Hines
