In de jaren twintig, na de dood van haar ouders, verwerft zij de gronden Springendaal onder Vasse. Zij bemoeit zich intensief met het productief maken van haar land- en bosbouwbedrijf, waarbij zij ook zelf het plantgoed en ander materiaal aanvoerde

1938: ·ÄúIn April werd de situatie kritiek. Mevrouw C.F. Jannink-Van Heek, Ir. G. Jannink, G.J.A. Jannink en INg. A.B. Jannink sloten zich aaneen. Mevr. C.F. Jannink-Van Heek besloot haar deposito op te zeggen. In een vergadering op 22 April werd aan de heeren Ir. Louwerse en Zaalberg van Zelst opgedragen een splitingsvoorstel uit te werken, dat zowel de familie N.G. Jannink als ook de Familie G. Jannink kon bevredigen. Na vele discussies werd besloten om met gesloten beurs uit elkaar te gaan.
De oude zaak bleef aan de Familie G. Jannink, terwijl de Famiie N.G. Jannink het Spinnerijbedrijf, alle effecten en het grootste deel der gronden in bezit kreeg. Op 1 Juni had de splitsing officieel plaats. De heer E. Jannink bedankte als commissaris, in zijn plaats werd benoemd mevr. C.F. Jannink-Van Heek [zijn moeder].·Äù

1964: လDe fabriek Zuiderhagen, sinds 1819 in bezit van de familie Jannink, werd in 1961 verkocht aan de N.V. Mavo van de Bijenkorf te Amsterdam voor een bedrag van ƒ 1.600.000 met rente. Twee jaar later, de vijfdaagse werkweek is dan inmiddels een feit, verkocht de N.V. haar voormalige hoofdkantoor Langestraat 41 aan de Gemeente Enschede. Ir. Gerhard Jannink trad het jaar daarop af als direkteur. De heren A.B. Jannink, N.G. Weissink en T. Jannink vormden de raad van bestuur in het voor de N.V. belangrijke jaar 1964. In dat jaar fuseerde de N.V. Gerhard Jannink en Zonen met de N.V. Gebroeders van Heek ဘSchuttersveldမ. Hierbij traden Mevr. C.F. Jannink-van Heek en de heer Labruyère af als commissarissen. De heren N.H. van Heek en ir. G. Jannink werden als commissarissen benoemd.
In het jaar 1968 stond ·ÄòJannink·Äô te boek als een verkoopmaatschappij. Het volgende decennium kenmerkte zich door een grote vraag naar corduroy, hetgeen een ongebreidelde uitbreiding van de cordsproduktie en een prijzenoorlog tot gevolg had. Begin 1980 werd de heer A.B. Jannink, na 42 jaar als direkteur te hebben gefunctioneerd, tot commissaris aangesteld. In 1982 ging de N.V. Gebroeders van Heek ·ÄòSchuttersveld·Äô failliet.·Äù
