Op 3 februari 1791 wordt zij gedoopt: doop van Anna Magdalena, dochter van Fredrik Idden Freriks en Catharina Elizabet Greve, getuigen Jan Barend Gotfried Greve en Anna Genese Magdalena Inken, Evangelisch Luthers, aan huis.

Op 6 juli 1848 is zij aanwezig bij het huwelijk van haar oudste zoon Gerrit Frederik Koek met Jansje Blok: ·ÄúGerrit Frederik Koek, Apothecar, geboren en wonende alhier oud Zes en twintig jaren meerderjarige Zoon van Cornelis Koek Apothecar, en Anna Magdalena Freriks wonende alhier·Äù

In 1854 is zij woonachtig Nieuwe Leliestraat 150, Amsterdam.
In het adresboek 1855 staat zij als Wed. C. Koek, Nieuwe Leliestraat MM 166, Amsterdam.

Op 26 november 1857 is zij aanwezig bij het huwelijk van haar zoon Frederik Cornelis Koek met Metje Jaanebette van Zanten.

Op 22 augustus 1864 staat haar overlijdensbericht in de krant: လIn Amsterdam is, op den 22sten Augustus 1864, in den Ouderdom van ruim 73 Jaren, overleden: mejufvrouw Anna Magdalena Fredriks, laatst weduwe van den heer Cornelis Koek. ten huize harer dochter mejufvrouw E.C.
