    Willem Cornelis Boekschooten, oud acht en dertig jaren, van beroep timmerman, wonende te 's-Graveland, vader van de overledene, en Cornelis Martinus van der Linden, oud vijf en veertig jaren, van beroep smid, wonende te 's-Graveland, die verklaarden, dat op den elfden der maand october dezes jaars, des voormiddags ten half een ure, binnen deze gemeente in het huis nommer tweehonderd negen is overleden:
    Pietje Boekschooten, , oud twintig maanden, zonder beroep, geboren en wonende te 's-Graveland, dochter van Willem Cornelis Boekschooten, voornoemd, en van Pietje Groothuis, zonder beroep, wonende te 's-Graveland.
