    Willem Cornelis Boekschooten, oud vier en twintig jaren, van beroep timmermansknecht, wonende te 's Graveland, vader van den overledene, en Jan Tobias Kost, oud zeventig jaren, van beroep gemeentebode, wonende te 's Graveland, die verklaarden, dat op den eersten des maand november dezes jaars, des voormiddags ten half negen ure, binnen deze Gemeente in het huis nommer een honderd zes en twintig is overleden:
    Gerrit Jan Boekschoten, oud drie maanden, zonder beroep, geboren en wonende te 's graveland, zoon van Willem Cornelis Boekschooten, bovengenoemd, en Pietje Groothuis, zonder beroep, wonende alhier.
