Fragment Westerhout Gouda (glasschilder)
De glasschilder Alexander Hendricks van Westerhout stamt uit Utrecht maar zijn nazaten zijn in Gouda verspreid. Hij was net als zijn tijdgenoot de brouwer Dirk Maerten van Westerhout in goede doen maar verbanden tussen de twee families zijn niet gevonden. Alexander trouwde met Aeltje Jans Sas uit het geslacht van Dirck Hoens van Souburg. De tijdgenoot Jacob Sas van Souburch uit het geslacht Witte Goverts van Souburgh is dus geen directe familie.
