Adresboek 's-Gravenhage 1904-1905: agentuur en commissiehandel, Noorderbeekdwarsstraat 25, Failliet 29-12-1910, opgeheven 07-08-1911, vertrok naar Rotterdam 17-11-1915, aldaar ingescvhreven 29-12-1915 op adres Delftschepoort 12a (van Schaik), na huwelijk Schietbaanlaan 23b, failliet 02-1921. 28-07-1927 van Rt naar Canada.
