(Bartha) Toen Barta E.J. geboren werd was Hendrik Middelraad reeds meer dan een jaar afwezig, Hoewel het huwelijk niet was ontbonden is in de geboorteakte niet vermeld dat moeder Bartha gehuwd was met Hendrik Middelraad en dientengevolge kreeg Barta E.J. de familienaam Osseman.
Volgens vonnis van de ARb d.d. 14-06-1871 is na "Barta Elisabet Osseman" alsnog toegevoegd "gehuwd met Hendrik Middelraad" en werd haar achternaam alsnog Middelraad, Barta E.J. overleed in Kr. Gest. Oud Rozenburg te Loosduinen, waar zij een maand tevoren was opgenomen.
