12-3-1764: Egb. Jans Stoel en Aaltje Jans verklaren 500 gulden schuldig te zijn aan de Heer Cornelis Pas en Fenna van Vilsteren. Als onderpand stellen zij de halfscheid in 4½ morgen land genaamd de Spieken. De schuld is op 6-6-1765 afgedaan [Stadsgericht Wilsum 2 fol.117-118].
31-5-1765: Egb. Jans Stoel en Aaltjen Jans zijn 500 gulden schuldig aan Jan Bantjes en Jacomina Leusink. Onderpand zijn de halfscheid in 4½ morgen land genaamd de Spieken en ¼ part in 4 morgen hagen en land genaamd de Sennik liggende langs de Sennekerweg. Op 4-6-1770 is de schuld geroyeerd [Stadsgericht Wilsum 2 fol.121].
12-4-1766: Egbert Jans en Aaltje Jans lenen 600 gulden. Onderpand is een vrije en onbezwaarde koeweide in Veecaten, groot 2 ¼ morgen. [ORA Z&V, VR17 nr. 90/91].
6-1766: Egbert Jans en Aaltje Jans transporteren aan Reynder Jans Leeuw haar gerechte portie in huis [en ?], gelegen op de Bijvank in Veecaten, alsmede haar halfrecht van het kampje weideland voor het vermelde huis, ook in Veecaten gelegen [ORA Z&V,VR17 nr.100].
25-4-1769: Egbert Jans en Aaltjen Jans, van 's Heerenbroek, verklaren vanwege ontvangen penningen schuldig te zijn aan Jan van Schoonhede een som van 400 gulden. Speciaal onderpand is hun huis op 's Heerenbroek, door de comparanten bewoond [ORA Zwolle & Zwollerkerspel nr.626, fol.230].
11-11-1769: Egbert Jans en Aaltje Jans, wonend in ?s Heerenbroek, zijn eigenaars van 4 morgen hagen en land genaamd de ?Sennik?, gelegen langs de Sennikenweg in Wilsum. Jan Bartjes Luijt legt hier beslag op in verband met een hypotheek van 500 gulden, afgesloten op 31-5-1765 [Stadsgericht Wilsum 2, fol.262-265].
11-11-1769: Dr. Sandberg als bediende van Hermen Tuinier en Antoni van Ree, voogden over de minderjarige kinderen van wijlen Pelgrom Voet, zegt dat hij op 12 juli gepand heeft 2¼ morgen hooiland en een morgen Sennik, mede hooiland, toebehorende Egbert Jans op 's Heerenbroek. Hij verzoekt aaneigening. Op 17-11-1769 verschijnt Egbert Jansen Stoel 'renuntierende van het doen de voorschr wete, en de bepande effecten in volkomen en vrijwillig verwin overgevende, met renunciatie van alle exceptien, met versoek van 4 weken uijtstel' [Stadsgericht Wilsum 2 fol.260-261].
15-6-1789: Egbert Jans van de Bijvank heeft bij het overlijden van zijn vrouw Aaltje Jans 5 kinderen. Jan, Geese en Janna zijn getrouwd, Aaltien (15 jaar) en Wilmpje (8 jaar) niet. Aan beide minderjarige kinderen zal hun moederlijke portie, groot 75 caroli guldens en 20 stuivers, worden uitbetaald. Als voogden over de minderjarige kinderen worden aangesteld Jan Wilms en Albert Frericks, wonende op de Harsenhorst onder Wilsum. Egbert Jans tekent met een kruisje. [ORA Z&V18, VR nr.162-165].
