When setting up this file, I started with the Keijzer family in Kampen. From this farmers family, I was able to add a large number of farmers/tenants from Kampereiland and Kampen/Brunnepe. I gratefully used the book "Pachters van de Stadserven op het Kampereiland" by archivist Mr. J. Grooten.

The second book from which I extracted a lot of information is "Uit rivier en zee geboren" (2015) by Geuje van der Linde. A standard work for the farming businesses of Kampereiland.

In the meantime, a large part of the farming families from Kampen and the surrounding area have been included in this overview. The origins of the families come from a semicircle around Kampen, starting in Vollenhove, Zwartsluis, Genemuiden, Grafhorst, Hasselt, Mastenbroek, IJsselmuiden, Wilsum, Zalk and Veecaten, Zwollerkerspel, Hattem, Heerde, Wezep, Epe, Oldebroek, Kamperveen, Oosterwolde, Elburg, Doornspijk, Nunspeet.

As a result, many of the farming families are related to each other in one way or another.
